This vegetable and fruit smoothie is filled with health benefits that provide the body with nutrition, minerals, vitamins & fiber. It is an excellent smoothie to start off your day. It is also an energy booster before or after a workout or can be a healthy snack on the go.
Note: for this recipe you need to have a high powered blender; if you do not have such a blender
- 1/2 beet
- 1 cup frozen blueberry
- 1 banana
- 3 leaves kale
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 bitter gourd
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1 minute until you reach desired consistency.
