Mango Beet Smoothie

Now that summer is around the corner smoothie season is upon us. This smoothie is full of antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 beet
  • 1 cup frozen blueberry
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 bitter gourd
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup water

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1 minute or desired consistency.
