Summer Smoothie

This is a quick and easy recipe to enjoy those summer fruits that are available only for a short period (at least in the northern hemisphere).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberry
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 date

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1 minute or desired consistency.
